Each Spring, Upsilon Chapter holds elections for positions on its Board of Directors as well as its Governance and Leadership Succession Committees. Board and Committee members, if elected, then serve a two-year term, with the exception of the President-Elect, who serves a one-year term as President-Elect and then transitions to the role of President for a two-year term. The positions are elected as follows:
- Odd-numbered years (e.g., 2019)
- President-Elect
- Treasurer
- Counselor
- Governance Committee - 1 position
- Leadership Succession Committee - 2 positions
- Even-numbered years (e.g., 2020)
- Vice President
- Secretary
- Counselor
- Governance Committee - 2 positions
- Leadership Succession Committee - 1 position

2019 ELECTIONS RESULTS
Our 2019 election cycle is complete. Upsilon congratulates the following newly elected Board members:

2020 ELECTIONS
Our 2020 call for nominations will go out in March 2020 with nominations due in April 2020. Elections will begin mid April with results reported early May. . We will be holding elections for the following positions in 2020:

- Counselor
- Governance Committee (1 position)
- Leadership Succession Committee (2 positions)
Newly elected leaders will be expected to attend a transition meeting on June 24, 2020 (6:00 pm to 8:00 pm) and will take office on July 1, 2020.
