In Fall 2017, Upsilon Chapter, sent out its call for applications for the Cohort 3 of its Mentoring Program. Under the direction of our Mentoring Chair, Nina Hwang, and vice-chair, Caitlin Cantando, a cohort of seven mentors and mentees wer selected for the next year-long program. The cohort held its kick-off meeting on January 28, 2018. Nina and Caitlin reviewed roles, went over the year-long timeline for the program, and conducted the usual speed matching session for mentor/mentee pairing.

Mentoring dyads have completed mentoring contracts and set goals for the year. New for this year, Upsilon Chapter will be using Sigma's new mentoring platform, which will be a critical evaluation tool that will help Upsilon to build and grow its mentoring program.
