    Dear Nurse Colleagues-

I am a PhD in Nursing student and am inviting you to participate in a study examining how the nurse work environment, specifically managers' leadership styles, may be related to the amount and quality of care delivered by staff nurses, as well as to their job satisfaction.

Participation involves completing a brief, one-time, anonymous survey. If you would like to participate, please scan the QR code, and thank you.

    Sincerely,
    Arlene Travis, DNP, ANP-BC, CHC
