Upsilon Chapter is excited to continue its partnership with New York Common Pantry. In addition to raising money for the organization, Upsilon Chapter will be participating in volunteer work at their facilities/kitchen and also organizing monthly food drives based on NY Common Pantry's foods of the month. On Thursday, March 1, 2018 the Upsilon chapter of Sigma volunteered at the NY Common Pantry. As members of SIGMA our mission of celebrating nursing excellence in scholarship, leadership, and service shined through. New member and Leadership Intern Mary Ragaglia Amin stated, "As a new Upsilon member I thoroughly enjoyed volunteering with Sigma. We had a wonderful time giving back to our community. I look forward to supporting Common Pantry in the future." |

At it's Annual Induction and Awards Ceremony on April 2, 2018, Upsilon Chapter raised $300 for Common Pantry. According to NY Common Pantry, this will provide 243 pantry meals to families in need. |
